Update regarding transfer of patients to private sector

Medical Protection is aware of the planned transfer of patients into the private sector as part of the Government’s approach to easing pressure on the public healthcare system, under the Safety Net agreement. We appreciate you may have concern around the implications of this from an indemnity perspective. Please be assured we are working very closely with the CIS and other stakeholders on your behalf and, as always, are working with your best interests in mind.
