Renewal documents are issued 30 days before your membership renewal date. You can view your documents and pay your subscription online.

You can update your practice information, such as your hours or procedures, and get a quote for changes to your practice through your online account.

To change your job role, please fill out our membership query form to request an update to your membership or to get a quote for your new role.

Get a copy of my certificate

You can access your certificate and other documents in your online account. Certificates are available once your payment has been received or after setting up a Direct Debit.

Changing your name
It is not possible to update your name online. If you have recently changed your name, please email copies of proof of name change – for example, a deed poll document or marriage certificate – to [email protected]
