We treat all our members as individuals and by using more detailed information about your scope of practice we provide you with a tailored membership and subscription, giving you peace of mind that you have appropriate indemnity in place.
Following the introduction of clinical negligence schemes in England and Wales, the state now provides indemnity for clinical negligence claims related to the provision of NHS primary medical services. Medical Protection continues to provide comprehensive protection for circumstances not covered by the scheme, and the right to request indemnity for claims which are outside the scope of state indemnity if you have an appropriate Claims Protection membership for this work.
