We currently have vacancies for Team Administrators, working in our offices in Leeds city centre on a full time permanent basis.
As a Team Administrator, you will provide reliable administrative support contributing to the MPS cases/claims handling process. You will be responsible for supporting teams to facilitate timely and efficient response to members by helping to meet service level agreements and performance targets.
- You will liaise with our members and other third parties on behalf of the team to chase required documentation/reports to ensure deadlines for the return of this information are met.
- Ensure documents are correctly identified, labelled and filed correctly
- Updating our inhouse computer system with accurate information
- Producing standard letters and tailored correspondence for members and third parties ensuring deadlines are met.
Experience in working within a busy office environment, working to short deadlines and service level agreements whilst delivering accurate, relevant output
Knowledge of Medical and Dental terminology (ideal)
