As a Quality Administrator you will be responsible for completing quality assessment checks for our Medical Legal Advisors and Consultants and to provide administrative support to our quality assessors.
Key responsibilities will include:
·Diary management for our Medicolegal and Dentolegal Advisers
·Produce reports to check audit runs on behalf of our internal auditors
·Upload audit results to our in-house system and update excel trackers
·Establish and complete quality assessment checks
·Provide administration support to Quality Assessors by arranging feedback sessions, updating & distributing documentation & ad-hoc reporting requests.
·Preparation of reports, coaching/training materials
Experience required:
·Strong administrative and organisation skills
·Experience of working with word and excel to produce and update reports
·Ability to manage a number of diverse activities simultaneously
·Confident in delivering excellent customer service with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
